Grade 2 listed family home, April 2010

This 18th century family house was stripped of all the old tiles and insulated between the rafters with 65mm Celotex. 38 x 25mm batten was fixed onto Tyvek breathable felt. Working closely with the client a new Redland hand crafted clay tile was used to keep the old look and character of the building. A range of leadwork was also undertaken, comprising of five box gutter, two chimneys, lead valleys, and a number of flashings. In addition, all of the guttering and downpipes were replaced with a powder coated aluminum gutter system.
